With 13 years legal experience, 8 years mediation experience and 27 years therapeutic experience Anne Scott brings a depth of understanding and care to her work as a mediator and facilitator.

Usually working from North Shore, Auckland or Auckland City, Anne is also able to conduct mediations and conflict resolution Auckland wide. All meetings can also be conducted online via the Zoom platform or Skype.

Anne commenced her mediation practice as a Family Dispute Resolution Provider in 2016, contracted to Fairway Resolution Limited, after receiving accreditation through the Arbitrators' and Mediators' Institute of New Zealand Inc. (AMINZ) in 2015. Anne is now also contracted to The FDR Centre in Auckland. She is an associate member of the New Zealand Law Society. Anne understands that mediation, through its provision of lasting solutions/answers to conflict between people, without recourse to the lengthy, expensive and stressful Court process, is the future of law.
Anne Scott has a law degree from Victoria University of Wellington and practised law for thirteen years, first for a sole practitioner, gaining experience in all areas of law including family law, property law and litigation, then as a property lawyer for Holmden Horrocks and then as a commercial property lawyer for Bell Gully (where she was a Senior Associate).
Whilst working as a Senior Associate Anne was a telephone Lifeline Counsellor for 5 years. She has also run wellness programmes for cancer survivors since 2005, initially through Breast Associates (Auckland) and the Cancer Society of NZ Inc. (Auckland division), and subsequently through her own practice, with an emphasis on breath work, relaxation, meditation, preventing and managing stress, anxiety and sleeping, yoga and lifestyle (nutrition, exercise, work/life balance, time management).​
